By using Tattana you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the service. Tattana is operated from the United Kingdom; these terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
1. What Tattana is
Tattana is an early-stage prototype that uses AI to generate personalized tattoo design concepts and inspiration from a short quiz. It is not a tattoo studio and does not provide tattooing or medical services.
2. Beta and pricing
We are currently validating the product. You may see plan prices during the flow, but we are not taking payment — the designs unlock for free after you verify your email. Prices, features, and availability may change, and we may pause or end the service at any time.
3. Designs are inspiration, not professional advice
AI-generated concepts are for inspiration only. Always consult a qualified, licensed tattoo artist before getting inked. You are responsible for any decision to get a tattoo. We make no guarantee that a design is original, suitable, safe, or free of resemblance to existing works, and we accept no liability for tattoos you choose to get.
4. Your content and the designs
You keep any rights you have in the answers you submit, and you grant us permission to process them to generate your concepts. Subject to applicable law, you are free to use the design concepts we generate for your personal, non-commercial tattoo plans.
5. Acceptable use
You must be 18 or over to use Tattana. Please don’t misuse the service — for example by submitting unlawful, hateful, or infringing content, attempting to break or overload the app, or scraping it.
6. No warranties & liability
The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of Tattana. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under law.
